Specijalni predstavnik Evropske unije u BIH, i treću godinu za redom podržava Međunarodni filmski festival Kratkofil Plus, koji će se održati na banjalučkoj tvrđavi Kastel u periodu od 22-26. Jula 2015. U takmičarskom dijelu festivalskog programa, publici će biti predstavljena filmska ostvarenja kratkog metra, a program Panorame Plus sačinjen je od vrhunskih festivalskih dugometražnih filmova različitih društvenih tematika. Pored večernjeg programa na Kastelu, u Domu omladine će se svakodnevno održavati dnevne aktivnosti koje podrazumijevaju filmske projekcije, razne radionice i diskusije edukativnog karaktera. I ove godine tu je neizostavna Kratkofil Junior radionica za najmlađe, a filmski proizvod ove radionice premijerno će se prikazati posljednjeg festivalskog dana.

For the third year in a row, EUSR is supporting the International film festival Kratkofil Plus, which will be held in the Kastel Fortress in Banja Luka from 22-26 July 2015. The competition part of the programme will focus on the short film form, and in the programme of Panorama Plus high quality featured films with various social themes will be shown. Besides the evening programme held in the Kastel, the city Youth Centre will be the venue of daily activities including film projections, workshops and educational debates. The Kratkofil Junior workshop for the young children will also be held and the premiere of the final film product will be on the last day of the festival.
